Most important factor that could boom the customer/clients number of any type of institution or company

When a company grows. The employees of them start becoming like bureaucrats. They don't care about anything except their work, In that also, they do not perform up-to the expectations. The clear reason is obsessed psychology and dead mindset. Only the managers and administrators looks like working. All other just do the work of utilizing their hard-work to remain on board via various tactics including politics too.

This is what I have observed till now. Also applies to banks and other special institutions.

A little strictness and improvement in procedure of doing work by administrators could avoid such dangerous people from damaging the institutions reputations. The first and foremost rule that can change the overall climate of institute is to make it mandatory for employees to keep ahead in delivering the best customer service irrespective of their work, whenever customer seeks info from any employee of company. If they failed to do so, Stricter actions should be taken. Keeping the dignity, trust towards institution and ease of doing work with institution of customer should be the topmost priority.

My observations were from western India only but scope of rule is global and can be executed in any institution/company.
