I think, United nations should start working on two important things right now.
A similar example of such organisation in existence today is Europe. People are able to live work and travel easily in participating countries. That is what I heard of it.
I understand the side-effects and security issues. Therefore, Initially, This should be limited to eligible candidates only. Once the whole world comes at a maturity level in terms of development, Amendments could be done to fully globalize this.
This is all my personal analogy. UN may have already started working on some of this.

- First, Providing international or global citizenship to all eligible and interested candidates.
- The identity of whose should be recognized by all participating countries.
- They would be able to live, travel, work, invest freely in covered nations without being restricted to use only visas or any other permit supplied by them.
- Secondly, A secondary or common currency for all those participating nations.
- So, Dynamic Inflation related issues could be avoided.
- Stable net-worth of resources and assets could be determined.
- Dependency on systems governed by other parties could be avoided. So, Discrepancies in data received from there would have little to no effect at global scale.
